Green Enchilada Sauce

  • 2 Pieces of Garlic
  • 1 Bushel of Cilantro
  • 8 Medium Tomatillos
  • Chicken Bouillon (knorr brand is best)
  • 1 Dry Jalapeno 
  • Water
Boil Tomatillos until yellowish then blend them( sometimes causes lid to come off blender). Add Garlic Cloves, and Cilantro. Blend until smooth. Add Bouillon to taste. transfer to pot and cook on low heat for 20 min or until desired taste.
